The Back Gauge
本後定規採用精密滾珠螺桿配合精密線性滑軌使的後規移動更迅速、穩定、精準。
The back gauge equipped imported ball screw. The support plate will raise up automatically when it move to the rear limit. Enable extra-length shearing.

NC Hydraulic Guillotine Shears Features
1. 直截式油壓剪床利用精密的油壓迴路做精密切剪，無論厚板薄板都以渦輪電動調整剪刃間隙(0.1mm)微細調整，操作簡易，一指示板厚標示即可得正確的調到
Hydraulic guillotine shear acts in a vertical up and down manner, which is enables by synchroniced hydraulic cylinders and direct fixing mechanism of the upper blade. The sheared edge is burr free and precise.
2. 本剪床可由人性化的油壓控制系統，偵測出鐵板厚、薄進而自動調整壓板缸出壓力大小。
Unique hydraulic control adjusts automatically the output of holddown cylinders according to the magnitude of the load.
3. 採邏輯式油壓迴路系統，經由順序閥控制，噪音低、迅速及長時間運轉油壓系統，能保持油溫正常及油壓零件正常運作。
Logic hydraulic circuit, controlled by sequence valves functions at a low level of noise with no vibration. Stability as well as normal fluid temperature of hydraulic components can be maintained under high-speed and long-lasting operations to assure consistent performance of the shear.
4.機台及刀座採用鋼板一體，主結構經退火處理，完全消除金屬應力，使的機台操作更安全、精準。
The shear body and blade base are made of SS400 steel plates which have been annealed for the elimination of internal stress. Control functions are integrated in the front side of the shear for the ease of operations.
5.後規由剎車馬達驅動，精密滾珠螺桿傳動、尺寸定位精準確實。
Back gauge is driven by brake motor and precision ball screw to cut accurately and precisely.
6.本機厚板剪切時具有避料預退功能。
Pre-retreat of back gauge to thick sheet cutting.
7.本機在任何高伏電磁環境下亦不影響電腦操作。
